Baptisms/Christenings
|
A ministry for youIn the Scottish Episcopal Church we believe in marking the significant moments in life well. Baptisms can take place for people of any age 0-110! and mark the beginning of the Christian pilgrimage on earth and your formal entry into the life of the worldwide Church. Our Wedding Services are very flexible and allow for the selection of the readings and prayer that suit your circumstances best whether a young couple marrying for the first time or for a couple coming to Scotland to marry in church having not been able to in another country. With the selection of traditional rituals available you can make your celebration one that works for you and your life now. As our loved ones die and we wish to mark their passing as unique individuals, the SEC Funeral Services provide the perfect framework for saying goodbye and remembering with dignity and joy lives which were shared with us. If you would like to discuss any of these ministries please contact the Rector who will be pleased to help you create a dignified and profound event suited to you. |
