One of my favourite sites at the moment is the Jesuits' meditation site www.pray-as-you-go.org, here they have prepared a 10 min meditation for each day of the week which you can down load onto your MP3 player.

My religious interests are The Prayer Book Society, Contemplative Prayer, Thomas Merton, Monastic Life in particular Sisters of Bethany & Alton Abbey
